Tortellini with certified Chianina meat

Pastificio Monti brings to the tables of Italians a new product: tortellini made with egg pasta and with a filling that more Tuscan you can not, Chianina Meat IGP.

The certifier of this fine variety of meat, the Consortium of the White Calf of the Central Apennine PGI, has authorized the Pastificio to use this quality of lean meat, the flavor of which is accentuated by the infiltration of fat among the masses Muscle.
